probably not if pixel density is a concern. but if you have a budget gpu and all you do is play games and watch netflix, then having a larger screen adds to the immersion without forcing you to upgrade your gpu. i did something similar getting a 1440p 32". sure it's not as crisp as a 27" or a 4k 32", but i wanted a bigger screen without having to upgrade my gpu.

1080p is not great for 27" I would get 1440p.

But it's not a dealbreaker at all, still good monitor

That's very impossible. I would say you can get that for more like 300-400

If you know anybody that can get you the EDU discount, you can snag 2 of these for 360
