Dimensions (open): 74"L x 37"W x 16"H. Clearance from floor to mattress: 9.5''. Dimensions (closed): 38.5"L x 14"W x 44.5"H. Weight limit: 225 lbs. Net weight: 32 lbs. Shipping dimensions: 39"L x 36"W x 12.5"H. Gross weight: 44 lbs.

Other location description says its max weight 150 lbs.

Over 1600 reviews and over 200 of those give it 1 star. Some say the mattress they got is only 2-4" rather than the 5" advertised. Maybe the mattress compresses?

I think the takeaway is that this is probably usable for a kid but not likely good enough for most adults .
