A few cents off the all time low on Amazon. If you look, these aren't discounted very much and this is about the best price you can get. The reviews on this Klein Circuit Breaker Finder are rather glowing. The accessories that come with this kit sell for $20 on their own. [amazon.com]

Here's what BobVilla.com said about it in their review [bobvila.com]:
Is the Klein ET310 right for you?
The Klein ET310 is an excellent tool for those who want to take the guesswork out of matching circuit breakers to outlets. The ET310 is accurate and requires very little expertise to use competently. I also loved that the ET310 allowed me to perform other functions while matching circuit breakers, including testing GFCI outlets and identifying potentially dangerous wiring issues.
Despite these pros, the ET310 does have its limitations. While most DIYers will appreciate its auto sensitivity, those with more experience may prefer a circuit-breaker finder that allows them to adjust the sensitivity manually. The ET310 also only tests circuits up to 120 volts. While this covers the majority of outlets, lights, sockets, and other electrical connections in one's home, it won't work with the 220-volt outlets that ovens, dryers, and air-conditioning units use. Those who need to test higher-voltage wiring will want to upgrade to a pro-level circuit-breaker finder.

About this item

  • CLEAR VISUAL AND AUDIBLE INDICATIONS: Digital Circuit Breaker Finder with GFCI Outlet Tester (Cat. No. ET310) receiver provides clear indications when the correct breaker is found
  • VERSATILE OPERATION: Works on 90-120V AC circuits, suitable for various residential and commercial applications
  • GFCI OUTLET TESTING: Transmitter features a built-in GFCI outlet tester to inspect wiring conditions and test GFCI devices
  • ADDITIONAL ACCESSORIES: Circuit Breaker Finder Accessory Kit (Cat. No. 69411) includes a 3-prong to 2-prong grounding adapter for enhanced compatibility
  • LIGHT SOCKET ADAPTER: Light socket adapter allows for easy circuit identification in lighting fixtures
  • ALLIGATOR CLIP ADAPTER: Alligator clip adapter enables the tool's use on bare wires, expanding its versatility

These are great to toss in your electrical kit, even if you are a weekend warrior. When you want to change out an outlet for a tighter commercial one, youll be glad.

tip for homebuyers: take the GFCI tester with you when you are shopping for a home, and test a few outlets, especially outdoors, to see if any shortcuts were taken. Prepare to be terrified EEK!

The circuit breaker finder is quite useful if you understand one blindspot: if you have a circuit with a UPS backup battery plugged into it, unplug that UPS before looking for its respective breaker. I found this out through a super obscure forum post after trying for a half hour to find the circuit for the bedroom.

Sadly, by the time I figured this issue out, I already found the circuit by process of elimination Confused

Any electrical experts or electricians out there know why the lights flicker in my house whenever a bathroom that was renovated by a now fired subcontractor?

Would love some opinions / advice on how to fix this issue that's been plaguing me the past few months since this sub contractor basically ruined our lives

Flickering or just dimming? Flickering could be a just a bad connection...wirenut...dimming could be something else that on same circuit pulling power like a frig compressor kicking on. Bathroom should be on it's own breaker but if it was a crack electrician who knows. I would narrow it down by turning off the breaker that controls it and see if a appliance is on same circuit.

any cheap variant?
Yes take computer power cord and just twist together the brown and yellow/green wire and wrap with electrical tape. It will create a short to ground and trip the breaker. Plug into outlet and then see which breaker it tripped in panel. Unplug then reset breaker and repeat process. That is the most economical and reliable method and also makes sure the ground is properly attached.

Lights im assuming on the same circuit go from normal brightness to lower brightness. Not sure how better to explain flickering than that.

A bidet was added / installed… which is the only change that was made other than the renovation itself. It might be the reason why this dimming / flickering is occurring but it can't be a loose wire or nut cause I went crazy and literally tightened / checked all connections.

Is it lights in whole house flickering or just bathroom light and does this occur only when bidet is activated?

That half-ass method ceases to be economical when you have to replace burned out breakers.

camelcamelcamel shows this is the normal price
And the normal price on amazon since April 2nd. You can always tell when a deal is not a deal, and that is when a slickdeal staff member is linking to a product. They obviously switched to a commission based payment structure a few years ago. At that time is when we started seeing this stuff that is not really deals, but posted as deals, but only to places with affiliate links.

I totally get that SD should be compensated for running the website, and I'm all for them dropping affiliate links, but the new setup of just churning out as many links as possible really hurt the quality of this place.

Last prime day this site wasn't even usable. Just staff members throwing every link they could find, some of the links were to products that were at their highest price in months.

It's true that community members find some of the best deals, while staff post as many deals as they can find, but often people will take the good deal over waiting for a slicker one that might never come. It looks like community member GimmeYoTots is right that this is a below average price for this item, and it was added to front page because it got a lot of positive votes. Obviously outright bad deals being posted or front-paged by staff is something no one wants; staff doesn't always have the full picture of what a good price is for every item, but with every deal they try to get better.

It's just slightly safer than using 2 paperclips, one in each hand.
