Select Harbor Freight[harborfreight.com] Stores has 3-Ton Pittsburgh Professional Steel Floor Jack w/ Dual Piston Rapid Pump (Red) on clearance for $89.97 valid for in-store purchase only.
Note, product is currently on clearance and may not be available in all locations; check your local store or locator for stock/inventory
Not bad. If you can't find this red one locally, or you just want the low-profile one, the low-profile gray one will be on sale for $99 at the next "parking lot" sale. Starts on June 7th (or the 3rd if you have inside track).
It's currently on coupon for 119.99 (35905741), so if there's limited stock in your store, I'd recommend buying it now and price matching then. I just bought it this week at the coupon price, and they also let me use a "we haven't seen you in a while" coupon. Got it for $90. Goes from 3 1/8 to 19 7/8.
I had the 2 ton pitsburgh jack and it failed after a year. It was the cheapest jack. When jacking it up, it would not lift on load. Right amount of oil was in it. I took it apart and it looks like scratch marks started to occur inside. So either the seal or something broke. Tossed it in the trash.

Will any other coupons stack during parking lot? Like free item with purchase etc
That's the one. Not sure if it was supposed to stack at all. The coupon didn't scan, so the manager manually changed the price. Then he was nice enough to see if the register would let me use the other coupon too. It's only $10 less than the upcoming sale, but it is nice I don't have to go do the price match. Worth it at either price, should have bought it a long time ago. I don't know how stacking usually works, I don't shop there much.
Edit: There was also a free item with purchase, so if they do that again it should stack. Or maybe that was why my jack coupon didn't scan....

Is there an extension for this model? I need about 23" of lift to clear my wheels.
Good question but No. you can get creative and jack the car up. Add a jack stand. Which you should always use. Drop the lift jack. Add a wood block. And pump away. Always using a jack stand.
Remember you can also use the jack under the A arm or rear axle shock plate to lift the tire. Depending on your project you don't always have to use the frame. Always using a jack stand. And don't you dare use the rear knuckle or gear box as a lift point.
Always using a jack stand. Wheel chocks and applying the brakes is a good idea.
Have it. Takes fair amount of force to pump. Handle doesn't lock in at insertion point.
There's a bolt on the back where you put the handle in. Remove that and then tighten it once the handle is in all the way. It's the one right above the pistons.
