I get what you're saying, and i agree, but I think most people are used to mAh written out like 6000mAh, 8000mAh, 10000mAh.
For me, my biggest gripe is not putting a comma at the thousands place. Drives me nuts.

It should be.
I've jumped a gas car with no battery with the Type S version from costco before. Once the jump pack is powered up and connected, it sends power to the vehicle&battery. The jump pack will allow a massive amount of an energy dump that is required to jump start a vehicle. An EV only needs enough power to turn on the traction battery, which is very little. I've never tested it on my EV so I couldn't tell you. But essentially yes, based on how jump packs work.
