I got the Husky set with similar tool count for $49 on sale because I've found their ratcheting socket wrenches to be stronger and more reliable than DeWalt ones made in the last few years. I have 2 newer large DeWalt sets (192pc and I think the other is 248pc?) and their ratcheting mechanisms are not as good as their older ones made 10+ yrs ago. 1 newer 3/8" DeWalt ratchet broke under fairly light load which was a defect that was replaced under warranty but possibly a sign of lower quality now as many reviews seem to agree with. My Husky ratchets have been torqued with a lot more force than they should have been used for with no problems. The sockets for either brand seem equally good.
