Can't answer that for you, but… I've done exactly that!

I always take it with me on road trips, and a few times while camping. It might be overkill (overweight) for just a phone and tablet (especially if you need a capacity that is airplane legal), but I used mine to recharge my tablet, phone, watch, run a USB fan, charge my camera batteries, run an air bed pump, and even run a low wattage induction cook surface. When I'm at home, I use it in my home office where I don't have enough wall outlets to run my vinyl record player… hey, it's clean power right?

Cons: it's heavy, you won't really want to hike with it, probably just car camping situations. Running high W appliances might be out of reach, like an 800W microwave. You may have a hard time recharging the battery from solar while keeping a fridge running, it's probably not enough for indefinite refrigeration. When you're not camping, it'll probably spend most of its time gathering dust (store at 50% power to prevent degradation!!!), unless there's a power outage (and most power outages don't last long).

So, if you can find enough uses for it like me, and you go on road trips a few times a year where you NEED power like me (photos for sale), then sure its worth it. But… if you just like the IDEA of it, maybe it's not worth it. Always other things to spend money on.
this is perfect for those end of the world situations where even though the cell towers and satellites were destroyed in the apocalypse, you can still enjoy those final hours pretending to text.
if you don't already have one, get it, I had one smaller than this powering just the router and the modem for about 12 hours, another battery pack powering the DC fan

got us through the recent Houston storm power outage near Cypress

yes, it will be collecting dust most of the time, until I can afford a generac, this will be a huge lifesaver

I can give you an estimate based on wattage, this will run a 35w load for about 21hr.
I'll add my experience...I recently used this to power a modem and wireless router - 15W total. I got about 22 hrs. The older model (River Pro 1) for me 51 hours. For some reason, this new one is just not as efficient when running low wattage devices. For kicks, I tested both with a hair dryer plugged in running almost 400W...both gave me about 1.5 hours, which was expected. So my conclusion is that the Pro 2 is designed in such a way where it uses more energy itself just being powered on (fan maybe?).

How many hours do you get powering your modem and router on this one? I realize consumption varies depending on the router and modem themselves, but just trying to get a ballpark. Thanks!
my pack is a lot smaller, 300 Wh I believe
the modem + router consumes about 20 watts per what's shown on the indicator
here's the one I got:
https://www.amazon.com/gp/product...=UTF8&th=1

I'd be all over it getting this deal if i don't already have a few laying around

Just found the River2 (non-pro version) on sale too for $109. It would be better if you just want an AC outlet to run some small appliances.

What's the code? I don't see it on this thread nor the previous thread.

Try using the DC output car outlet thing, with an ac converter, instead of the built in ac converter. I recommend this one https://www.homedepot.com/p/RYOBI.../316452902

Codes are often shared on the very helpful and active EcoFlow delta series Facebook group. Highly recommend joining to get deals, advice, and get your questions answered.

Would something like this power a projector for multiple hours?

Also does anyone have an AC converter they recommend that can do 16volt? My teslas won't work on the 12volt ones

If you use the dc jacks (and set down/up the voltage depending on the hardware) it will run a lot longer. The ac inverter probably is using a lot of power, and its likely the router is on wall wart which then converts it back to dc

River 2's efficiency at low output is very low

Interesting...I'll have to test that out the next time I pull the Pro 2 out.

I was affected by the same storm and had to use one of my batteries as well. With everybody and their pet goldfish moving to Houston, the grid is always on the brink of a complete outage. I've never had so many power outages within the last ~10 years than I ever had my whole life living here. These battery power stations (and generators) are now essential to living here. It's ridiculous!
