Unlimited talk and text, and 5GB data/month. Looks to be GSMA; i.e. AT&T towers. Used to be available on eBay but that ended a couple of months ago. Now only on RedPocket website.

I am an existing RP customer. I called RP and they said that it also applies to existing customers like me.

redpocket is the only phone service that ive ditched because it sucked. i had a problem where i wouldnt get something like 5% of text messages which was a gigantic pain in the ass. took me a while to realize it was happening. never had this issue before or since.

on paper this is a good deal, but it actually isn't if you pay for a year up front then end up having to get different service partway through

I used to be on redpocket. Then I went to visible lower tier plan (which barely worked in my area) then moved to boost

Redpocket was great but 5gb barely covered anything I pay $14 pretty much every month with boost and BoostOne discount and get 30gb of data.

Previous price was $180 for 5GB, so not a bad price, but I have Red Pocket AT&T and don't recommend it. Hot spot service does not work and when speed is throttled (at 5 GB limit) it drops down to anywhere between 56 - 128 Kbps (tested multiple times and locations).

Oftentimes, hotspot is not enabled initially. I've had to chat with CS on a couple new GSMA lines in the past to get it started. Painless, 5 minute chat.

I have 2 lines with RP on ATT, no issue on Android phones that are 2+ years old. Speeds are slow for sure. Both lines renewed for another year 2-3 weeks ago.
