Shutterfly print quality has gone down drastically. I recently ordered a photo mug for Mother's Day and the photos were blurry and pixelated. The one that I got from years ago free from a SD post was way better.

And no, the image files were not low quality. I'm a photographer.

I had that happen to me once and they printed/shipped me a new one for free.

The code is for free extra pages.
In addition, new users can get free book (personal code, YMMV), so you can use both codes together at the same order and pay only for shipping. However, if you put in free shipping code, then the other two get un-applied.

Hi, thanks for the suggestion. I reached out to them via chat and the rep issued me 2 free replacement offers and a $30GC to cover the cost of shipping. I asked her if the replacement print quality will be better and said that many reviews of the product had the same complaint of low print quality. She just said "I have notated each and everything in the notes and will be taken care." I know they are just reps and can't really do much about production.

Was your replacement print quality better?
My item looked like the print was smeared in one corner. I think it was handled while the ink was still wet. My reprint was perfect. It was just a standard picture in a frame so it clearly wasn't an issue with the particular product.
