Bought x2 from this seller from their last sale. We're pretty satisfied. No significant issues aside from one phone's battery health immediately dropping to 99% after a week of normal use so I'm going to try charging during the day instead of night. Also, seller requires door delivery with recipient signature -- could not hold at an UPS location which was kind of annoying to arrange.

Just bought an 'Amazon Certified' iPhone 14 Plus in 'excellent' condition from Amazon 3rd party (but shipped by amazon) and received it recently. Three of the four corners look like they were chewed by a pitbull. The screen was okay and still had the original screen protector on, but I'm frustrated that someone likely used it without a case, damaged it, and then returned it.

Besides it does not have sim slot and instead uses e-sim, which was never mentioned in the description on amazon website.

The seller does accept free returns, but repackaging and shipping it back is time-consuming and I have concerns about potential issues during return shipping. I ended up asking a friend who works at Apple and paid $705+tax for a brand new iPhone 14 Plus instead.

Just wanted to share how disappointing it is to see the standards for 'excellence' drop so much in recent years.

This seller is with ebay, so I would be definitely much more cautious with it than with amazon 3rd party sellers.
