Mine arrived yesterday, battery is 100% but the metal edge band has several chips and dings so deep that silver metal is showing, the screen has 2 tiny scratches and the back has several scratches. Pretty disappointed, I messaged the seller and they say no replacements so I am waiting to see what can be done

I messaged them photos complaining about them advertising it as "excellent" condition, they responded they can't do a replacement but I can return it. I said if they can't do a replacemnt I will have to leave negative feedback, can I at least get a partial refund? They offered $35, I said due to the severity of the damage I would prefer $45 and they agreed. Try for more! Ultimately I am happy with the phone as it is covered by a case any way and the refund makes it worth it

That was pretty much my experience too. I was disappointed at first, but they were very courteous and professional in handling the issue and put effort into making it right with the partial refund. Ultimately, a family member needed the phone, and the 100% battery life made it a keeper.
