i viewed this promotion posts here shown for the past couple of years and felt it may be active now for someone as it was active for me now.
keeping in mind, i ordered my free sample via web and not mobile.
i had never requested this sample before cause it will not most likely let you get the sample if you have already gotten it before since everyone is using their registered mailing address atleast via website request.
i am not sure if others can get the sample but i am sure i requested moments before posting this listing.
My guess is the offer is still valid and if it is not valid for some, it may be they have already in the past requested this particular sample of dripdrop.
i viewed the past posts for drip drop over several years shown in the search mode here and guessed this post is active and the older posts are not.
My guess is if and when someone whom never has ever requested this sample requests the dripdrop then it may still be active.
