The recipe for Lemonade is literally adding sugar to Water and Lemon juice.
This product is Strawberry Lemonade. It's made from Water, Sugar, Lemon juice, and Strawberry puree.
This is about as straightforward as a product can get.

How do I do this?
This is lemonade, not juice. Without added sugar it would be very sour lemon water. Also, 100% juice typically doesn't have much different sugar content than this. If you want a healthy drink, avoid both lemonade and juice. Otherwise, enjoy this tasty beverage!
Sugar is worse than sucralose. Tumors literally need sugar to proliferate. Sugar is linked to far more health issues than artificial sweeteners (which I am also not a fan of.)
Monk fruit is a good alternative to both. Pricey though.
