I've ordered in the past without issues, but last two orders arrived completely crushed. Amazon refunded.
Edit: Forgot to mention - recently discovering my Amazon Triscuits are >50% crunched up powder inside of the seemingly-undamaged shrinkwrapped boxes.
I've had them ship a box of crackers in a padded envelope multiple times. It's always just a crushed mess. I've also had multiple things thrown in a large box with one of the items being a case of energy drinks. It had like 3 little air bags for padding. Basically acted like a wrecking ball in there just destroying everything. Their shipping people are total idiots.
