I don't buy any eGo products anymore. Their batteries are junk and they don't stand by the warranties. Of the four batteries I have all have died (within the 3 year warranty period), one twice, and they don't re-up the warranty with the replacement so the second time it died shortly after they wouldn't replace it.

Interesting. I've had the mower for 5 years without issue and 4 batteries total and none of them have failed. I'd recommend you reconsider how you store them.

Stored at room temp, not on charger in off-season. Luck of the draw I guess. Their warranty process is also a pain in the butt. Took nearly two months to get there replacement fulfilled due to "back orders"
