Hey, I can actually be helpful! I bought this machine sometime around Christmas when it was marked the same price. The good news is that it's a pretty good machine for the price, the bad news is I've spent about $500 on espresso machines and equipment since then. It really started a new hobby for me. If you end up liking this machine, I suggest the regular Bambino is what to get next. You should also get the preground espresso powder on Amazon. Even the decaf is decent. But if you want to level up eventually you'll have to get a grinder too. The grinder is actually more important than the espresso machine itself.

Meh. Most anyone serious about espresso will tell you a machine that uses the steam pressure instead of a pump is just junk. Models with a pump won't have the screw down cap (water and steam chamber in one.) Though to be fair, this Coffee Gator one has a pump and it sounds pretty much like junk too.

Plus 1 data point for someone that ordered nearly a year ago with no issues. Now I don't use it daily as the aeropress is my main workhorse, but I have kept water in it and use it at least weekly. After reading the reviews, I am shocked at how good mine is. May be hit or miss, or they fixed the main issues since the early release.

This is a great entry point machine for those curious about home espresso. But there are tons of accessories that you'll want later, like a milk frothing cup, grinds agitator, puck press, bean sprayer, and tamping pad. None of it is necessary, but for a few bucks off Temu was the right level of enticing for me. Espresso accessories are stupid cheap there, and you'll need 51mm accessories for this rig. Enjoy!

If you're using a bean sprayer or agitator with a $29 espresso machine… You're living life some kind of way.

I own this machine. I make flavored lattes and tend not to drink straight espresso, so I am not an expert on espresso flavor profiles. But I am an expert on espresso martinis, and I am able to make some of the best martinis I've ever tasted with this.

I have it since November, works great. My guess is that people don't know how to use it properly and put coffee over the top which breaks the press. I would recommend to buy it, literally didn't see any difference between delonghi for $150 and that machine.

I purchased two of these last frontpage deal and they have been phenomenal! I haven't had any issues with the operation, other than some user error in the beginning. Would recommend the product and if you want to guarantee some long time use of it, maybe splurge on the warranty.
