This is not the exact same product, but it is similar. The Fiskars website [fiskars.com] sells it for $38.99 as their list price.

You're not going to get much reach with a 15" lopper. I'm sure the quality is on par with other Fiskars but this is far too short for use on any shrub taller than yourself.
