No reviews for the 12x16. Tempting, but kind of risky for $700.

Spend a little more & get the Yardistry from Costco. Will last a verrry loooong time. Look out for sales as they price drop quite significantly. I got my 12x16 wooden gazebo for $1600. Been sitting out there like day one for 5 yrs now.

I'm going for it. Reviews are pretty solid on the smaller sizes so I'm hoping that stays true for the slightly larger one. I'd love something like a Yardistry, but my budget was under $1000.

Please let me know your results. I'm looking to replace my 10x12 canvas canopy I picked up from BJs about 15 years ago. Replacing the canopy top every two years is tiresome.

I'd be a bit concerned about 'withstands winds up to 50mph" for my location - we get winds over that at least several times per year.

Always hesitant how this would do in SFL. With the sun and wild storms we get during hurricane season.

Do you wood stain your Yardistry annually to keep it looking new? Got mine installed a few months ago!

No ...pavers aren't holding something like this down in high wind...

I just installed a 12'x12' yardistry gazebo last spring. Mine came pre-stained but they recommend to stain again within a year I believe. A co-worker told me when she went longer than that some mildew appeared & she cleaned that off & stained it after that & no problems since then. They come pre-stained but it's a light stain. With a proper stain I'd bet every 2-3 years until re-stain suffices I'd bet, but curious what longer owners say about that …

I'd remove the pavers and pour in footings
