So I would think this item sold by 3rd party (Golden Century Deals, Inc.) will be the US version (instead of International, European, Japanese, etc).
Note that GoldenCenturyDeals seems to be the same merchant that's selling this game on
Groupon [groupon.com] for $41.99 + 3.99 shipping (FINAL sale, no returns).
I would think if you purchase this from walmart.com and it's not actually the U.S. edition, you can return more easily to walmart than groupon.
