Perhaps "owned" is too strong of a word. They're an intricate partner with Walmart, so much so that the Walmart employees had exclusive access to VIPOultet with affiliate discounts. Walmart may not "own" them exactly, but they liquidate seemingly exclusively for Walmart.

Your response is just as I expected to see on this post. Woot's return process sucks (waiting days to hear back from CS) so that's moot. This is also backed by Walmart's marketplace return policy. My first hand experience with that has been seamless. Walk into store, associate scans the barcode in my app, I hand it to them and walk away. I've also purchased from VIPoutlet through eBay and had no issues with them honoring their free returns policy. Look at the numerous FP deals for ViPoutlet items, clearly they're worth a shot. Byt as with any online retailer there's a risk of things not being perfect. It's a cartridge game that comes in a plastic case. I honestly don't know what could go wrong, but everyone has their own level of risk they're willing to accept.
Woots return process is a little tedious but it's definitely not moot.

I'll take a chance, in 4 1. Thanks OP.
Good luck to you. I bought a game from them and it came shrink wrapped but no game inside. Had to dispute the charge with my credit card company. Never again.
I commented last time warning people about this shady seller. Slickdeals should really not let deals from VIPOUTLET be posted. People are going to get scammed.

I have great experience with this seller. They shipped fast and OK the return without pain. Because I chose to save $$$$$ the risk became minuscule. Seriously, some folks here are so afraid of them that they refused to buy anything because their policy isn't anything like Costco. I understand their concern however it rather silly, ridiculous and extreme. Buy or don't. This isn't 2010s anymore. Internet shopping has vastly improved since then
Quick Google search on this vendor found a ton of negative reviews. "Same risk as woot" but woot is backed by Amazon return policy. My first hand experience is that Walmart makes returns for 3rd party vendors difficult. Not worth the possible headache to save $20
Get it from woot then they are easy to get returns or refunds if something breaks.
