On Amazon 14% of the reviews are 1 star. It looks like within three months it won't hold a charge, it shuts off after a few seconds, or it won't start at all. The worst part is that most of them tried to get a warranty replacement and the company didn't respond. That means you're effectively buying from this company with no warranty. I assume that same lack of communication/lack of warranty applies to everything this company sells.

The burden of proof falls on the person making the claim. You claim bigfoot ate your homework....you better have the homework ripped up and covered in giant primate saliva, a photo, something.
Some people aren't using these as directed. They don't layer the ingredients and or they are adding too many large ice cubes.

Proof that the claim has any grounding in reality aka there is a model that only lasts a few uses.

Your response was entertaining BUT the person asking "Do you have proof for it?" asked it of someone who was asking a question, not making a claim, vague or otherwise.
This is the conversation:"Quote from The_Doug: Is this the one that typically breaks after two uses?
Do you have proof for it? Quote from mohit87
Sent from the official Slickdeals App [apple.com] for iPhone & iPad."
Let's try an example:
"Are you the guy who kicked my dog?"
In that sentence am I:
A) making a random hypothetical? Such as I might not even have a dog let alone one that was kicked...asking an off the wall question with no basis in fact or relevance to the conversation. (this doesn't make sense in context)
B) suggesting that my actual dog was literally kicked? (a claim)

That's the name of the underlying claim in questions like, "Did you stop beating your wife?"
