It was not letting me purchase: it was running me in circles through login and confirm my identity over aand over and over again -
I got like ten messages on my phone with security codes. Looping and looping in circles.

Even crazier: today I tried to do it from my phone. When clicking "Buy Now" it says "Sorry, but we currently do not support international purchases"

Does not appear to be working. Sucks. Have a set of shoes want to buy and getting an additional 20% off would seal the deal.

Tried difference browsers, computers, incognito and nothing seems to work.

I had the same issue. I had bought 1 gc but I needed 2. When i tried to buy another GC it looped me thru the login error loop. I tried again the next day and paid using a different method and used my PC instead of my phone and it went thru.

It took almost 5 hours for mine to show up. by that time, what I was planning to buy was OOS. now i'm holding on to a GF hoping there is something worth buying soon. Not gonna buy GF from paypal again.

I finally got my cards trying using different browsers and it worked for me in Edge.
Iti0t programmers at PayPal do not know how to make it work right
