Add the wood worktop and it actually lowers to $838. Military discount applies and it's $754.20 before tax. Damn thats a deal!

Adding the wood worktop takes it to 1099, so 990 approximately before tax

*edit* the link in the post didn't work for me when I commented

Couldn't decide between this and the "build yourself model".
But ultimately picked one up in a wood top since it's prebuilt and added the steel top separately (which is also on sale) making it cheaper than the steel top option.

Otherwise it'll be another project I'll never finish.

Just note that the pre built is 48" and the one you linked is 56"; otherwise, I agree, you get more going w the wood top and adding the SS top for the same price as the SS prebuilt

Yeah, I caught that after the fact when re-reviewing. I'm wondering if I can space the cabinets in a way that would hold the 56" otherwise I'm in for a return on the stainless :-/

Please be careful with these… I bought the sets last year for very cheap (super slick deal) and noticed some arrived damaged. Replacements for the set were out of stock, so I ordered individual units. The individual units have different templated holes pre-drilled than the set. I don't know why they do this, but it meant a lack of out of the box compatibility.

One of the door hinges arrived broken, and they sent replacement parts, but I don't have a rivet gun, so they sent me a coupon to buy one…

Customer service can be really helpful, but they can also be quick to misunderstand and move on, which draws things out. I just demanded some credit/refund and got even more money off the deal, on top of military discount (I think I got double this set for less than this price).

I love the look, and the price I paid, and would do it again. Just beware it can be a PITA.

Not for me...but it's out of stock now. The stainless steel work top shows the same $899 as no work top. Military still can be applied.

Where did you find a 10% coupon? All the ones I found were in store only.
