Available for in-store pickup at RC Wiley but I just successfully price matched at Best Buy on my first attempt with the online live-chat.
https://www.bestbuy.com/site/arca...Id=6515485
STEP BY STEP
I shared the RC Wiley link, added MVC2 to my Best Buy cart and shared the SKU (6515485) with the agent.
They asked me to confirm my Zip Code and I provided one that has an RC Wiley nearby (84115 SLC, UT) then they approved the price match by sending me a unique invoice link to complete the purchase. Free shipping included.

For the Atgames gamer you would have to use a TV you already have (or buy one) and it will direct connect to a PC or it has Bluetooth.
The Atgames comes with an Android box so you can use that for retro games no need for a PC https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=3wy94Sl
Neither option is difficult and the lowest cheapest used Ebay PC is powerful enough to play 80's arcade games. You need a bit more power if you want to play modern games or TeknoParrot arcade games. Also if you want to run console emulators you can look up what PC you need for what Emulator.

2. Janky how so? I am running it right now! This looks Janky ? https://imgur.com/a/9s0QvNf Can just as easily have the TV on the wall and save some space.
3. Nothing looks jankier than Arcade1UP's on a riser, they are too narrow and just look funny as an arcade then once you put hands on one you can tell they reek of low quality!!! Literally every single Arcade1UP has problems, either they use bad rom versions or make up their own rom, have sound issues, they lag, bad controls. Not every one has all of those issues but they all have issues! Some have TN monitors. 15 inch monitors OOF! Ever try to play 2 player on a Arcade1UP like rubbing elbows with your buddy? I'm 5'9 and even with the riser I had to hunch over to play an A1UP. They are just disposable toy's and that is all they will ever be unless you gut them and buy a ton of upgrades at which point you may as well just bought a nicer system from the start. AtGames isn't the end all be all of arcades either not trying to say they are but they are a much better system and are a multicade out of the box and they give you the option to add thousands of games!!! Just my opinion,
Don't take my word for it go look at some reviews

The whole point of A1U is a decently made cabinet thing you can play games casually, no need to tinker or DIY, comes with everything, as a display piece.
Atgames is a big stick, you provide your TV, comes with a whole different set of games, not a display piece, load your own games etc etc.
This is similar to whole "why buy [insert any mini console name here] when I can roll my own emulator on a PC/SBC with 283719281292058 games installed" situation. It's a meaningless comparison.

People buy a1up cabs to re-create a mini home arcade - they dont want a sofacade setup, if they do, post a deal for at games legend if you find one.
This cab does not have a TN screen, none are 15", they are 17" - and no one cares again what you think.
Sorry.. nothing personal

Citation needed. Please, link me to where we can buy an original MVC2 cab for ~$800. And remember, that needs to include delivery for it to be a fair comparison. And if you're so sure the market is flush with the "real things" for just $200 more than A1U's versions, please also link me somewhere I can buy original cabinets of TMNT, NBA Jam, Tron, Dragon's Lair, Atari Star Wars, Terminator 2, and/or Killer Instinct, for well under $1000 each, delivered. Should be easy, yeah? I'll wait.

But hey, let's pretend that it was MVC2. And let's assume that it ends up selling for under $680 (the auction house adds an 18% buyers premium, so it needs to sell for under $680 for the total price to remain under $800). That does a fat load of good for anybody who doesn't just so happen to live in Anaheim California, and have access to a pickup truck, and is willing to spend a few hours on a Friday or Saturday afternoon to go to an auction, because the sale is for the machine as-is and where it stands in their warehouse, and they require it to be removed from their premises within 5 days or else they'll consider it abandoned.
For the 99.9% of us who don't live within convenient driving distance of auction houses that specialize in cheap arcade machines and would have to have an auction winning shipped, you can set aside hundreds more to get it freighted, but that's a moot point, because if you're buying decades-old as-is arcade machines in online auctions without being able to inspect them in person first, you're a fool who's probably signing yourself up for a big money pit.
Do I really need to explain why some people might prefer simply clicking a button on BestBuy.com and having a box show up at their front door two days later that contains a lightweight, brand new, flat-packed miniature replica that doesn't weigh 300 pounds, take up as much room as a refrigerator, and hasn't been getting beaten to death by thousands of people for the last 25 years?
The whole "just buy original machines, they're not much more expensive than A1Us" thing is so delusionally out of touch. A1U machines sell by the thousands and thousands. No, the tiny quantities of vintage original machines that occasionally go for great prices at local in-person auctions are not a replacement supply for the readily-available A1U versions that anyone can buy and have delivered to their house with free shipping within 2 days. These things are not equivalent. We all know this. Get real.
"Ok here"
"That doesn't count because "5 paragraph incoherent rant""

The LUA does not include Marvel vs Capcom 2, Marvel vs Capcom 1, Marvel Super Heroes vs Street Fighter, X-Men vs Street Fighter, Marvel Super Heroes, X-Men Children of the ATOM, X-Men Mutant Apocalypse, Marvel Superheroes in War of the Gems. If these are the games you are looking for, unless you want to delve into the world of saUCE, it's not a 'slicker deal' for you.
Quoting past deals is good for reference, but does not diminish the slickness of this deal. The slickness of this deal, IMHO, was the technique OP used to secure a price match from BestBuy.com. Thank you for that OP!
Happy Shopping!
