Is this a good deal? Looking to do a lot of Lightroom/photoshop, I'll prob upgrade to 64gb ram. Is the 4060 Ti sufficient or should I be looking at 4070/4080?

This is a FrontPage deal. This is the best price on an i7-14700F / RTX 4060 Ti desktop yet. It beats the similarly configured iBuyPower deal from a month ago by $70 and comes with a much bigger SSD (2TB vs 1TB) and a higher wattage PSU (650W vs. 600W).

As a side note, I doubt you need a more powerful card for Lightroom/Photoshop.

The dell Alienware with the 4070 was a better deal at $699. Didnt have as good as a processor though but much cheaper. Its sold out now unfortunately now

No one knows if that was legit. As I recall, Dell has had a long history of price mistakes and canceled orders.

In for this. Was waiting on a deal with an i7 and 4060ti. Seems like a fair price, thanks! Also included in my order sheet was a free copy of the upcoming star wars game!

This is also going to be infinitely configurable and have MSI top of the line everything. That also looks like a full ATX case with optimal airflow. I believe the Alienware has some issues there.

Go to MSI's website. They have a deal on one with a 4070ti Super. Add the MEMDAY10 coupon and it comes out to $1799.00. Pretty good deal IMO.

Have used a 1080 for years just fine for 3 monitor setup. Have multiple adobe apps run smooth while rendering. Have a 3080 FE for another build I've been lagging on and just recently purchased a 3060 for gaming to replace the 1080.

I'd hop on this. I got the I Buy Power deal referenced above — and despite liking it thusfar, I would agree that this is a better deal for what you get. I'm not a gamer and use the GPU to help with rendering in premiere and photoshop and it's slick. OP's deal is 🔥. Jump on it.

Great deal
Too bad, I just bought a dell XPS 8960 two weeks ago. This MSI has better CPU, better and more RAM, much more storage and better power unit too. same price.

Very good deal for the rest of the components, but just keep in mind that they're offloading their slower Gen 3 Spatium drives with this.

Will you notice a significant difference in day to day performance? Unlikely, unless you play games where DirectStorage is available or do a lot of write intensive tasks.

But it would be the first thing to swap out if you want a system where every component is from the same generation of hardware.

I jumped on this. I liked the specs for the price and it matched what I was looking for and my ideal budget (though was flexible in these regards) and was OK with the 4060 Ti vs the 4070 Ti Super from Lenovo deal for the price difference.
Glad I did my research since this deal got off to a slow start with only a couple of comments and an initial TD which I guess sent this into purgatory until it got back over 0 and more activity.
