Well they've been around for 15+ years so far so there is that. I had 2 drives fail on the 5 year mark, on the month, and they refunded me for both since they no longer stocked what I had. That's excellent customer service.

I bought two 12GB ones 3 weeks ago. One was bad (CRC) as I tried to test it. I shipped it back and they're sending me another one.

Drives look new otherwise. I used HddScan and it says a run time of 100 hours so I'm not sure if that's accurate. If so they drives are pretty new then

The seller's picture shows 1530 days power-on. SMART has not been reset on these HDD.
