The Costco website advertises the Star Wars Outlaw promo on some products but not others. The Intel offer page says that the qualifying devices may differ by seller.

It could be an error on Costco's part, because the original promo said it was supposed to be for 14th Gen S series desktop processors and those don't exist:

Now, I was just shopping by lowest price and availability, not necessarily what I would pick for my own build or what would be the best value. My hypothetical build also has the 13th gen i7 instead of the 14th, but it's the K model whereas the cyberpower is a non-K SKU chip. There's not a lot of difference between 13th and 14th anyway, since the 14th is really a refresh instead of a true generation. Of course I didn't include a windows license either. Again, not a perfect comparison, but just an idea of what's out there.
