It's good but I would hold out for the v8 with swivel front wheel. Folds a lot easier and has more storage. Also the top portion holds the bag without a strap. You can find them for $115 now and then in different colors.
Anyone have one of these? Seems a solid deal for a well-reviewed cart on amazon.
It's good. Top heavy at times depending on angle you set. The more upright the setting the better support. Pretty much all plastic too but seems hardy to handle years of work. Folds down for travel. You won't be disappointed by its functionality.

I think I like the V2 better just by looking at pics..the V2 has the storage compartment and net right on top. Looks like on the V3 is just a "storage bag" on the bottom. I keep my scorecards and glasses on the storage compartment.

This is fine for occasional use but if you play a lot and primarily push, I would suggest getting a Sun Mountain or ClicGear.
The caddytek is great for the price and functional but I find my sun mountain better. Easier to fold, more compact when folded, better brakes, the alignment on the caddytek had to be adjusted. I did have to get a warranty replacement on a lower arm from sun mountain but other than that it's been going solid for 3 years.

A playing partner has a Caddytek, purchased from Costco, and honestly, it's a POS. Screws always coming loose on the wheels, front wheel packing with grass and debris such that it doesn't roll, small front wheel always falling into gullies, causing a sudden stop. Just not worth it. I recommend ClickGear. Expensive, but totally worth it.

You can get the 4 wheel version for little more.. It's more stable..
