Pretty much theres this app called upside which gives you cashback on gas like 1%-3% pretty meh.
But I saw that you can stack promo codes in the app and get $2 off per gallon on all your fill ups.
The process is downloading the app from the app store.
Hit the icon in the top right corner, then hit profile, then hit promo.
Then you'll input the first code and it will bounce you back to the main screen but you can go back and repeat the steps and input the rest of the codes in. Once all the codes are in you should see the updated gas price to be at $2 off per gallon, works very well and you can cashout to paypal, bank ac, or giftcards. no issue.
(They also have cashback on grocery and resteraunt)

There is a $5 referral bonus but since we aren't allowed to self link,I suggest you look in the comments in the app market when you download upside...it's a pretty awesome app..having said that,it really does drain battery so make sure to turn off background data usage once you've milked your first 50 gallons bonus
The last 3 codes here are Fundraiser codes,meaning you will not get any bonus from them but Upside will donate a predetermined amount to the specific organization first time you use the app (or each time for certain organizations)
