There are several docks with as many ports, plus Ethernet for about the same price on Amazon currently.

It's still a good deal, this is just a note for people that require Ethernet capability.
To the poster asking about 60 Hz: That is most often a limitation of the laptop where it can be common to 30 Hz refresh rate on Alt DisplayPort over USB-C due to the bandwidth requirements of 60 Hz.

I opened a cade with Baseus and have been going back and forth as they are doing their best to explain that 100w is not really 100w but expected to have a 10-12% reduction for powering the hubs peripherals.
So therefore even though advertised as PD, it very likely will show slow charging.
Side note: I am using the 9-in-1 version of this same hub
