Way too expensive for a deal. I remember these used to be sold for about $100 for a set.

Edit - I found an older deal below. It was $120 from the same retailer. Now it's twice the price. Doublation!!!!

You don't expect a double price of a cheap golf set just 6 years ago. We are not talking about 3 decades of difference. These are not Taylormades or Titleist ones. They are a starter golf set.

I bought a decent Taylormade iron set for $300 back in 2017.

Golf galaxy has a 15% off coupon if you allow texts. It was a pop up offer. Saved an additional $35 on the $229 set shipped free. I could have picked up at my local Dicks Sporting Goods if I wanted .
