I mean not just that but they may also list it with OBO and you may be able to get another good discount off of the list price. When they were selling the Sony LinkBuds (open back earbud version) for $37 on ebay, I believe people had offers accepted at even as low as $26

The LinkBuds go for $37 quite often on Secondipity's site. I've probably seen it more often than not $37 (or around there), it's definitely the eBay OBO that put it to pretty slick.

Good price... I'd just be concerned about the condition of the battery. I bought XM4 earbuds in 2021. They used to last ~5-6 hours with ANC on a single charge, but now they only last 3-4 hrs. I didn't use them daily, only for travel, and do like 4-5 trips per year.
