Home Depot has Ryobi string trimmer on clearance since there is a newer model on the way. YMMV
I checked the home Depot website and it shows the in store clearance price you just can't buy online. I went to the store that said they had 8 in stock and showed the associate on my phone. She said they actually don't have that one anymore but she gave me the new version for the discounted price.

150 at dto - marked 'final price' - so possibly the wrong time to be wanting this.

whats weird is that there hasnt been a single string trimmer available either for shipping or local pickup at any of the 5 closest DTOs near me. tool only, with battery, refurb, blemished... none. sucks because i missed out on some seriously good prices and i really need one.

but $143 for this with a battery is a pretty luke warm deal. normal price is $160. ive never seen it at $180.

This was 99 a few months ago, maybe if you need one right now 143 is a good deal, but I'd wait until off-season for outdoor tools to go on real clearance.
