You can get the vevor branded but identical version of this from walmart .com for $149 You can also get the same vevor branded but identical from aliexpress for $127 shipped, but I think that sale ends today.

The vevor one does not, I don't think any of them of that particular model under several brands does. Usually the ones with a battery compete in a much higher price point so you won't find it in the sub $200 range. The anker one with wheels on it I think has a battery and the one I have that has a battery I think is a lion energy brand, but it's 59quarts though.

Wondering if you can use battery converters such as Ryobi to power the ones with no battery and how long will it last.

These thing have save some food from going bad.. my fridge compressor broke 2 years ago, I was able to save the milk and cream, cook the rest of the food. Was using it for 2 weeks till a new fridge came.

I got a 49qt one or something, its the taller version of this.. at the time I thought I wanted the biggest one but it made it almost impossible to open it in the trunk of the suv. I would have to slide it out partially and load up the food. Debating on this one. Would be easier to load food as its not as tall. That battery option is awesome. Pricy though.

We have a different model from this brand and like it. Haven't used it much, though. I bought the AC power cord to go with it so it can be plugged into a standard outlet as well. https://www.bougerv.com/products/...8442242264

the question is unanswerable with any precision.

Whats the average ambient temp where its stored?

Was it brought to target temp before plugged into delta 2.

How often is it being opened?

How full is it?

So many variables for coolers.

the delta 2 is 1024 wh

the cooler takes 45 watts on max.

so if compressor running full on the whole time, about 20 hours.

but thats not a typical use case.

There's a white version too, which might retain less heat from the sun if you plan on using this outside.

I'd love to know how quickly these things cool down after sitting in a hot car all day. So if it's 100 degrees out and then you put your cold groceries in the 100 degree cooler, how long will it take to get from 100 to sub 37 degrees? Will frozen items melt first if it's not pre-cooled?

A lot of that will depend on the density of your frozen food going in. I wouldn't hesitate to put a thick and heavy cut of frozen meat into it and then turn it on. But if I bought a bag of frozen peas (or something of low density), I might be worried that it might thaw a bit before refreezing and possibly becoming a solid block.

I don't have this brand, but my F40C4 28L model will get to 37F in what seems like 15 minutes if I put some cold drinks in there with an external temp of 80F

I would wait for the $190 58qt Costway cooler to come back on sale. They probably all use identical internals.

Extremely likely, but size of the refrigerator will likely be determined by each person's use case. For example, somebody may want something a little more compact to fit into a car somewhere. A 58L would be unlikely to be fitting for such uses. This deal is decent for its size, but you can certainly get a much larger one for a bit more money like you mentioned. Just keep in mind that $ per volume isn't the main metric to consider for these
