polar had the 2nd-highest PFAS levels of any of the sparkling water brands that consumer reports tested:

"In Consumer Reports' study, there were seven sparkling water brands that were found to have PFAS over 1 ppt. The worst was Topo Chico (9.76 ppt), followed by Polar Seltzer (6.41 ppt), Bubly (2.24 ppt), Poland Spring (1.66), Canada Dry (1.24 ppt), La Croix (1.16), and Perrier (1.1 ppt).

The organization also listed sparkling water brands that contained levels of PFAS lower than 1 ppt — and, in other words, are potentially safer to drink.

The best was Sparkling Ice Black Raspberry Sparkling Water (no detected PFAS), followed by Spindrift (0.19 ppt), San Pellegrino (0.31 ppt), Dasani (0.37 ppt), and Schweppes (0.58 ppt)."

You think the Carbonation is strong in laCroix ? I find it so weak , lol. Costco Kirkland signature is so much stronger. Or Topochico's.

This is pathetic that this is actually a decent deal. What a disgusting civilization we live in. Something on par with the (already ridiculous) sale price at a grocery store, we have direct shipped to our homes, that weights a few pounds. I'm glad I don't have kids or a second generation to worry about. Enjoy it while it lasts.
edit: btw, it's still a crappy deal. $3 a 12 pack used to be a good deal. idk what it is now.

And here I am buying glass Topo Chico thinking that was the healthy option. You just ruined my favorite drink.

Truly though, thanks for sharing this information. I like to stay informed.
Now I need to do a water test and buy a soda maker.

dont do water test, you'll find its full of PFAs also. pretty much everything has PFA's - liquids, and the solids made from the same liquids. only way to limit your exposure is to filter everything, which is near impossible. thank dupont, 3m, the lobbyists and the politicians / govt officials who let this happen for years.

Thx op, tu, and repped. I bought one order of the plain but later the Black Cherry came back and I bought 3 orders of it. I give a case of soda or water to the guy who does my lawn. Nice, good guy, and 72 years old, still runs circles around many of the males in today's world. nod
