Personally I would stay away from lesser known brands. Skytech isn't well known.
I'd trust LG's Ips panels first and foremost. This is VA. IPS has been my go to bc it is just better overall in visual presentation. VA just looks washed out from my past VA panel experiences.

You can definitely find a LG ips. But QHD or 2k is best at 27" max. 32 you start to notice pixels. 4k UHD for 32". Good hunting.
