Was just about to post this. Down to $63.75 now and the $4 savings end on July 25. But buy it before the July 14 price change so that you can save around 9 cents a stamp.

I don't think so.
I think the ones that are in the warehouse are the US Flag ones [bjs.com] that are priced higher at $67.75. The item listing even has the option for "Pickup" unlike the Snow Globe ones.

The $4 off deal is back, but after the increase in stamp prices, the cost is now $68.75. ($4.25 less than regular USPS prices)
