i have question? are the FHD 480hz and QHD 165hz Display of Dell Alienware the same? bcos last time i saw the same deal with m18 similar specs but with QHD 165hz. Anyone knows?

They're not the same and neither was that deal the same price as this. It was $200 more.

yes sir, but according to you with these specs, is the Qhd 165 better than this or this better, i mean the display for YouTube, web surf, and watching movies and gaming, doc?

To do all that on one device, I'd definitely go with the QHD model.

Yes, for specifically gaming this is the one to get but it you plan on consuming media and create content, then QHD is going to be more suitable.

why they never put the QHD version on sale Frown , the 4070 cant even get 480 fps on 90% of games ! so its useless, and FHD on 18'' is bad, although its a great deal

All of Alienware laptop lineup FHD is only 300 nits (too dim) cheap panel. Wait for a refresh with higher nits. I also think the QHD is 300 nits.

If this had the QHD panel, then it would be a great deal. FHD on a 18" screen is pretty undesirable.
