If you want a roller cutter, I'd personally recommend ones with Sanisafe type handles that are made to wash in 180F commercial dishwashers thousands of times. The oblong handles of the commercial cutters are also more comfortable to hold than a rounder handle.

Sam's sells a two pack for $20 that are fine on the hot cycle anywhere in a dishwasher, and Katom sells some that look promising for around $2.50 a piece.

The phenolic handle ones like in this deal will develop hairline cracks if washed repeatedly at high temps. It does have a lifetime warranty, but only a 1-year no hassle warranty. It should last forever handwashed.

Idk, I never really liked pizza cutters in general. Awkward to wash and problems with sauce/etc getting stuck in-between the cutter wheel and the arms it attaches to. Maybe it makes sense if you are making/cutting a ton of pizza. I just use my chef knife to cut the slices (which I can actually sharpen easily and cuts easily). Am I regarded and just missing something about this product?

I've used a pizza wheel for years but recently switched to scissors. No hate on pizza wheels, but scissors are more precise and don't smash the pizza. For reference, I use scissors for the thinner crusts on our Ooni pizzas.

IMHO, I would skip this one and wait for the OXO steel pizza wheel [amazon.com]to go on sale again (got it for $8 a few years ago). The reviews for this KitchenAid one mention that the blade gets wobbly, not so with the OXO.

Costco Kirkland brand supreme pizza on cauliflower crust. Crispy thin crust and you won't think it's cauliflower.

Also a lot of folks like the Costco Motor City frozen pizza.

This has been our best pizza cutter. We've been using it for a few years and are very happy with it.
