I'd get 13700KF for $20 more. It's faster, more efficient and has a better ram controller for DDR5.

Does anyone know how much faster this is vs. 11700b in terms of performance (I know the benchmark numbers. I just want to see if any have actual experience)

What do you think about 13700kf vs. 11700b? saw a mini pc for 300 with 11700b or spent more and built one around 13700

They are in different leagues - go with 13700KF if you can afford it. You will get at least 3 more years out of it. That said, if your usage is confined to web browsing, streaming videos and light office work, 11700b should serve you just fine.
