I effectively have the same bag (usual Amazon issue of 1 product with 50 brand names) and it's been a great portable storage option for low voltage tools. The velcro bags hold RJ45 and RG6 coaxial connectors, and all the tools I need for testing, cutting, and crimping are stored in the other zipper pouches. It rolls up to a nice easy to carry size and the straps around it allow me to hang other tool pouches off it.

looks like its 12" wide pockets. Does this fit more tools then regular 12" wide tool bag can ?
how is this better?

This same bag is available from AliX for like $12. Have one, not worth it. Not great for tools, won't fit anything too large. Oddly shaped pockets. Would rather have a super basic toolbox. I'm not sure what to use mine for.

Would fit less tools vs a dump all pocket but the tools would be much easier to find (assuming you kept them in the same place). No bottom of the bag to eat that exact driver you are looking for.

Also for things like meters, leads, etc you won't have the problem of your expensive stuff getting ruined by being cut up or stabbed by other loose tools. Small stuff is also easier to find in small pockets.

Looks awfully similar to a roll at Walmart for $25 everyday price.

I personally own the well reviewed $10 Hypertough. Which you could get 2 and still have some $ left over.

I own 2 of these. One stores a full 1/4, 3/8, and 1/2 socket set. Including ratchets and multiple extensions. .. the sockets are on 60080 Ares rails.

This setup is used weekly in my job. The zippers are strong. The material is equal to that of US milspec gear that I used to distribute to military forces in the UK.

I can't vouch for other brands, but I have no problem at all with this brand.

We use bucket boss but the one with strap and no pouches. Two years strong on construction sites.

Can you give some details on why you chose one over the other? Is there something that makes the one you kept worth $13 (about 40%) more?

size was the biggest reason. The Riker, the pockets are too small for "real world" tools like a hammer, large channelocks, etc. The Riker is suitable for bikes I'd say. But for real automotive tools and a good variety, the one I kept is much more roomy, more pockets and heavier duty construction. The Riker looks nicer, like comparing Eddie Bauer jacket to a Carhartt.
