Gift cards count for the total. They're treated as credit or debit cards. Dell Rewards don't count for the total.
EDIT: Dell offers 3% cashback in rewards. 1 cent = 1 point. 3% of $117 is $3.51 or 351 points. Seeing 5,390 means that you forgot to apply the coupon.

I am signed in to my Dell account.
I was always of the opinion that a single order amounting to the said price needs to be placed!
