Amazon has same coupon ID for many items. I believe this is some site-wide mechanism to add coupons to different items. This coupon has no dedicated promo page.

OP, you may want to update your listing. I'm seeing a coupon for $3.20 now. The current price is $8, so the subtotal is $4.80 after coupon. Now THAT'S a good deal! Especially if you pair it with a set of size "medium" balls for $2.74.
