If it's an XT2131DL then it's on AT&T whitelist, that's why it passed the AT&T Checker. This "VL" model probably will never be added to their whitelist.
My G Power 2024 isn't even "VL" - just shows XT2415V.

Got my device just now. Activated and sent the message to check for unlock date. Got a confirmation, it's 17-Aug-24.

Also to confirm, it's 128gb/8gb variant.

Model number: XT2415V

What is stupid about my post? I knew that you had posted some helpful tips but I couldn't decipher property due to missing periods and commas.
Some people just don't suspect that punctuation marks were invented for a reason.

Similar to the moto g play. 2023 model is XT2271DL whereas 2024's XT2413V. Verizon is probably simplifying branding for devices made for their MVNOs.

Maybe all phones purchased from Verizon are now just "V", would be simpler to buy in bulk now that they have so many MVNO's?

I don't know why they used "V" instead of "VL".

Some background info for people who didn't already know:
* Back in the days of GSM and CDMA phones, TF and their sub-brands used the "G" and "C" suffix for their model numbers to denote GSM and CDMA phones.
* When TF started offering LTE phones, they had suffix "AL" for AT&T LTE phone, "BL" for T-mo LTE phone, and "VL" for Verizon LTE phone. Later on, they had "DL" which we sort of call it "Dual LTE" for both AT&T and T-mo. All models (AL, BL, DL, VL) can work with TF/Verizon.

Maybe now that all their current phones are LTE compatible, they drop the "L" from the suffix. Just my speculation.

Looks like Tracfone Motos for 2024 changed to V from DL 2023/2022/2021 models so not whitelisted for AT&T

Moto G Stylus 5G 2024 (XT2419V)

Moto G Power 5G 2024 (XT2415V)

Moto G Play 2024 (XT2413V)

Moto G 5G - 2024 (XT2417D) looks like only one.

That's just generic phone info doesn't say whether it's accepted for your network. Sorry no way to know.
