Here is the response of Motorola to unlock of Tracfone Moto G Power 5G 2024 (XT2415V) in the Lenovo Forum. Basically, it states that Tracfone is only one that can solve the problem.

"Thank you for reaching out. I have received your IMEI via PM and I was able to check into this further. Tracfone, and many other carriers are now using Remote Unlock on some devices, this allows the carrier to unlock your device without the need for an unlock code. Your device uses this remote unlock method.

Since Tracfone stated the phone would be unlocked after 24 hours I would wait until that time has elapsed then try inserting a SIM (not a Tracfone SIM) in the device to see if it works. If it doesn't you may need to reach back out to Tracfone to see if something needs to be updated in their system to allow the unlock.

Unfortunately, Tracfone is the only one that can help with this concern. Please let me know if you have any further questions.

Becky"

Better to just order it online at Straight Talk website then. You can get 2 of them for $75 and also get around $7 back from cash back shopping site.

I got the shipment email Wednesday and still hasn't shown any tracking activity. I don't believe it was actually Boxed up and ready
Tracking won't start until UPS has the package. Lately UPS seems to be slow in picking up and delivering packages.

This better not be a tease and delay delivery date:

CEVA DIRECT SALES

Estimated delivery
Tomorrow, June 25 between 1:45 P.M. - 5:45 P.M.
Once UPS receives your package, your delivery date may be updated.

Don't be surprised if UPS pushes back your delivery date. With my recent two shipments of TbV iPhone11, the package got to my local UPS station right after midnight, showed Processing at 6:35AM, then I got a text from UPS (I have a free UPS account) saying the delivery was delayed until the next day.

Correct. If UPS can deliver the package in 1-day, but it has 2 or 3 day guarantee shipping, they will wait the 2-3 days. FedEx does the same.

Yep, FedEx does it to me today as we speak. I got an email from FedEx yesterday saying package is scheduled for delivery today. Package got to their station about 50 miles away at 3AM this morning. They can get it to me today if they have to. But they don't have to, so they push it back until tomorrow.

And these UPS employees think that with a yearly salary of 170k, that service is justified.

My order was placed on the 12th. But no delivery on Sunday's. From label created to departure is 2 days. And from order to label created was 1 day.

Well, you get what you pay for. If you pay for 2 or 3 day, that is what you get. The employees have nothing to do with this, why bash them? They are just following corporate policies/guidelines.

When the email says "label was created", that means the phone has been packaged and labeled for UPS to pick up. If you think that's not truthful, what's your definition of SHIPPED?
Why would I believe them about this when they clearly lied about not charging my card until the order has shipped? Pretty difficult for them to have shipped my order on the 19th―the date my card was charged (not only authorized; the transaction was settled)―if my order was back-ordered as of the 21st, no?

What you're stating is almost never the case for any company. Label created is the first step in the process of shipping. It definitely does not mean the product has been packaged and is ready for pick-up. It usually means the label was created and then will be put with a packing order slip for someone to pick the product box it up and slap the label on it. Then wait for the daily UPS pick-up. Typically it's 1-2 business days for most companies from "label created" to actually handing over the product to UPS/FedEx, which is the point where I personally consider it "shipped"

Yeah, this is my experience--"label created" does not mean a product is actually packed up, ready to go and just waiting for a pickup from the carrier. It typically means that the vendor received payment, and the item is queued up in their automated system for packaging with eventual pickup by the courier. This is super-obvious when ordering stuff from China like via AliExpress--you place an order and just seconds or minutes later you can get a tracking number for it, but then nothing happens for a couple of days (or sometimes much more).

Anyone else getting super slow data speeds on ST? I get 4 bars and 5g most of the time but even web pages take an eternity to load. Streaming is unbearable.

oversold = profit for Verizon = bad for consumers.
This is why sometimes there's an outage.

Interesting that it's been 3 days without an email confirmation of order.
PayPal was immediately charged but nothing to confirm from ST - first time that's happened, all previous ST, TF, TbyV orders sent confirmation quickly (& I've made lots of orders over the years). Their system must be screwed up again.

EDIT - UPS now shows label created (4:30pm PT Monday) & got shipping email but still no original order confirmation. Expect it to actually ship late Tuesday like most of my previous orders.

Now the page says "On Backorder - Ships by 07/10/2024",
that's crazy.
