Nope. Never got the order number and the forgot order id needs email verification. Maybe it's gmail. I'll just wait. Of course, I didn't write the order confirmation down in the web site when ordering. Haha
Any updates ? I am in the same boat. Ordered yesterday.via paypal. No confirmation email yet

Yea I just got a text saying it's on UPS truck.
I actually was able to login without verifying email.
It was weird, it had a link to "change your email" or something like that at the bottom of verify email page. When I clicked into it, it was already logged in. Anyways. And then emails started coming, I never verified and won't until my 60 days are up.

Also, I was able to activate the phone while it was in the UPS truck

EDIT: FedEx -> UPS

Yea I did the same, I activated the phone right after they sent the tracking info. I should get mine tomorrow.

I've been wrong many times. However, I am all but positive you can't activate a new line on T-mobile network. I've bought 7-8 sims from BestBuy, none contained more than a Verizon sim. Target may have some old ones, but I know Verizon and it would make no sense for them to allow a new activation on TM when they are going to migrate all to Verizon network this year. There's not enough time to get the phone unlocked either. Would Verizon screw you on the migration?

When was the last time you bought one from BB? Did it have the QR code on the packaging?

Received 2 phones after ~3 days. The phone I activated while in UPS shipping truck is working right outside the box.
Texted "unlock" to 611611.. no answer. After the 3rd attempt, text "help" and then a message came back a minute later.
Then texted "unlock" again. The standard unlock message (... available to unlock on xx/xx/xxxx..) received.

The phone is nice and light. Lots of bloatware including Temu.. lol. I'm an iPhone user, so I'm being careful on which apps to remove to make sure they are not "important."
Family member will probably enjoy this phone after 60 days, coming from a Samsung Note9 w/ a cracked screen. Smilie

Device Pulse is still a pretty minor app though in terms of bloatware.

"Mobile Services" is the key app that needs to be uninstalled along with any corresponding apps and games it might have installed. It used to be called something else like "DTIGNITE" but they rebadged it to "Mobile Services" to make it sound more innocuous. That's super scammy.

Disable Mobile Services, it's the TF app that stealth downloads games and other crapware with each update. You may need to Show System Apps under Apps.

Got mine yesterday evening. Disabled a ton of stuff and messed with it a bit. Set
airplane mode last night, woke up and turned off airplane mode and phone was
unresponsive. Let it sit for a bit to see if it would become responsive, would not
do anything, kinda like a hard lockup. Had to restart. I though maybe I disabled to
much so I did a factory reset and just disabled some of the basic things.
Mobile Services being one.

Setting things up how I like them now and will see how it does. Oh I did uninstall all of
the games and things that it allowed me to uninstall. We will see.

Texted Unlock and my date is 9/25/2024.

Thanks to everyone for all the info.

Different CC/name may be required. I tried a few times using same info but different email and cart always reverted to full price.

I ran into the biggest idiot trying to get one of these yesterday some wanna be used car salesman. Started of trying to tell me about ATT when i said exactly what I wanted then he's never done a free phone before. He then goes to call his boss who supposedly said I can't get offer if I've ever had Straight Talk before. I just walked away from him cause he was just going to keep lying.

Easier to just order direct from Straight Talk website, WM phone reps aren't the most helpful.

Being a SD'er there is an offer with Onepay a Walmart payment system that would have given me 20 back so I wanted to get the biggest bang.

FYI.. there's a cashback portal offering 22.5% rebate. I used the one that was 12% past weekend. Wish I waited for that extra $6.50 back. Frown

EDIT: ordering through ST website, not WM
