Here is the response of Motorola to unlock of Tracfone Moto G Power 5G 2024 (XT2415V) in the Lenovo Forum. Basically, it states that Tracfone is only one that can solve the problem.

"Thank you for reaching out. I have received your IMEI via PM and I was able to check into this further. Tracfone, and many other carriers are now using Remote Unlock on some devices, this allows the carrier to unlock your device without the need for an unlock code. Your device uses this remote unlock method.

Since Tracfone stated the phone would be unlocked after 24 hours I would wait until that time has elapsed then try inserting a SIM (not a Tracfone SIM) in the device to see if it works. If it doesn't you may need to reach back out to Tracfone to see if something needs to be updated in their system to allow the unlock.

Unfortunately, Tracfone is the only one that can help with this concern. Please let me know if you have any further questions.

Becky"

Better to just order it online at Straight Talk website then. You can get 2 of them for $75 and also get around $7 back from cash back shopping site.

That's because this model is supposed to automatically unlock, it doesn't work through the unlocking website like previous phones.
It's been mentioned over and over in this thread along with numerous posts from users that have phones that also aren't unlocking.
File an FCC complaint, ST support is making excuses.
I know, figured I would try everything. Just filed the complaint an hour ago.

Will give this a week and then do a credit card chargeback and buy something else for a phone.

How are you going to do a charge back when the phone was free? All you paid for was the 1 month plan which you already activated/used?

I got a reply back from FCC (filed yesterday), basically the email said they have transferred to the provider and provider would contact back to me to resolve.

Yes, that is all that happens. Sort of like BBB, just an intermediary to pass the complaint along.

I'll see what ST would do, hopefully I wouldn't need the phone on hand since it's out of the country now.

Don't know about the FCC form, but if there's a spot or when communicating with Tracfone, remind them-
D. Handset Unlocking
No later than 24 months after closing, any new 700 MHz C Block TracFone device that
Verizon offers and that operates on Verizon's network will be capable of automatically unlocking.
G. Enforcement-
149. Any material failure to comply with any condition identified in the order, including
Appendices B and C, may result in the following: (1) an appropriate forfeiture penalty under applicable
law; (2) extension of the duration of any condition; and (3) any other appropriate sanctions and remedies
allowed under the Communications Laws, including, but not limited to, an award of damages for the
benefit of consumers for any harm incurred, issuance of cease-and-desist orders, modification of the
conditions, and issuance of an order requiring appropriate remedial action.396 A violation of any of these
conditions will be a violation of the order

Have y'all tried going into Settings > Apps and look for "Network Unlock?" Someone in that Howard Forum said it may not be on all models and may show up on the 60-61 day
It's in settings/about phone and it's there from day 1, there is no network unlock in apps.

Keep filling fcc people. It could start an official investigation.
Then Verizon would increase price on their services to cover their lawyers fee
