I cannot say how reliable woot is with returns - I've seen a mixed bag of responses.
These were on Dyson's eBay refurbished page up until a few days ago for $419.
I'm a little hesitant.
You also get a few less attachments in this Woot offer vs eBay/Walmart/Dyson refurbished page IF that matters to you.
"Factory Reconditioned – A "factory reconditioned" item was returned, inspected, and restored to fully working condition by the original manufacturer or a certified partner. Each product comes backed by a manufacturer warranty OR our very own Woot! Warranty 1.8k. It's as close to new as you can get without technically being "new" but may show very slight signs of a previous life."

Combine that with Woot as the middleman?
I'm still on the fence.
I also heard returning things to woot can be difficult, but maybe that's a mistaken impression?
Pro:
1. Once you are interacting with a tech, they are relatively knowledgeable and have access to good tools. For example, they can use your smartphone camera to give them a live video feed of the vacuum so that they can see what's going on.
2. They sell a lot of individual parts.
Con:
1. It is extremely understaffed. The last three interactions, I had to wait for over an hour on hold before talking to someone. And it's hold-hold; no call back or save your spot in line options given. Clearly the system is designed to make you give up so that they can save money on support.
2. If a part is not in stock, it can many months to restock. If it's not in stock now, I recommend finding the part somewhere else.

though the Home depot deal was new. Lots of scalpers on FB making money off that one.
