can't do it myself at the website trading in iPhone 6, it has to be iPhone 7 and up.

broken iPhone 6 +$350 for iPhone 13, great deal.

I am having the same experience with T-Mobile now. It's a huge hassle because sometimes they won't even give you a ticket# or confirmation # indicating the conversation even happened.

This monthly credit nothing but scam. We have switch to apple update program we pay the same amount monthly and we get new phone every year. T mobile and other are garbage they lock you in for two years and you have to chase the rebate for the two years…. Passs

Bummer to see all the people having issues with monthly credits. I've been with TMo for about 4.5 years and never had an issue with monthly credits; but I have a business account, so maybe that helps?

With the Apple plan you're paying endlessly for a phone you never own (if you trade it in each year). Yikes. Plus year-over-year iPhone releases at this point are so incremental in their improvements as to be nearly worthless (imo).

My promo for the half price iPhone 13's from 2 years ago is about to finally be paid off. Guess I'll pay those off and try this deal for 4 of them at Costco.
