The better Business bureau agent will make assist you and if they can do it the Federal trade commission can also assist you in these types of matters!

YMMV but for me, for $365 and a seven year iPhone SE I get an iPhone 13 and a $100 Costco gift card. More importantly, in two years I have an iPhone 13 to trade in. That SE would probably not be eligible.

Costco has issues adding new lines to simple choice but can upgrade right? I can't remember what doesn't work.

This is the normal wordage for all trade ins. Your device will be valued at $0 and promotional credit is $315. If your device is value at $15 then your promotional credit is $300 and so on.
